Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh wild greens (such as dandelion leaves, nettle, or chickweed)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse the wild greens thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the wild greens, olive oil, water, almond flour, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Apply the poultice to the desired area of the skin.
  6. Cover with a bandage or gauze and leave on for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Remove the poultice and rinse the skin with warm water.
  8. Use any remaining poultice within 24 hours.
