Ingredients
1 cup fresh wild greens (such as dandelion leaves, nettle, or chickweed)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Rinse the wild greens thoroughly and pat dry.
In a blender or food processor, combine the wild greens, olive oil, water, almond flour, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Apply the poultice to the desired area of the skin.
Cover with a bandage or gauze and leave on for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the poultice and rinse the skin with warm water.
