Grilled Romaine with Lemon-Tahini Dressing
Grilled romaine lettuce with lemon-tahini dressing is a simple but flavorful dish that's perfect for a light summer lunch or dinner. The romaine lettuce is grilled until slightly charred, which gives it a smoky flavor that pairs perfectly with the creamy lemon-tahini dressing. This dish is also a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables.
The inspiration for this dish came to me one day when I was grilling some romaine lettuce for a salad. I had never grilled romaine lettuce before, but I was curious to see how it would turn out. I was pleasantly surprised by the results! The romaine lettuce was slightly charred and had a smoky flavor that was really delicious. I decided to pair the grilled romaine lettuce with a lemon-tahini dressing, which is one of my favorite dressings. The dressing is creamy and tangy, and it complements the smoky flavor of the grilled romaine lettuce perfectly.
