Korean Bibimbap
Korean Bibimbap, one of Korea's most beloved dishes, is a vibrant mixture of rice, vegetables, and meat, topped with a sunny-side up egg. It's a feast for both the eyes and the palate, and it's surprisingly easy to make at home.
Bibimbap is believed to have originated in the southern city of Jeonju during the Joseon dynasty (1392-1910). It was originally a simple dish made with leftover rice, vegetables, and meat. However, over time, it evolved into the complex and flavorful dish that we know today.
