Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, black beans, green bell pepper, onion, carrot, cilantro, bread crumbs, and olive oil.

  4. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
