These hearty, flavorful burgers are made with a combination of black beans and lentils, and get their unique kick from harissa paste. They're easy to make, and can be served on buns or lettuce wraps, with your favorite toppings.
The inspiration for these burgers came to me on a recent trip to Morocco, where I was introduced to the vibrant flavors of harissa. I was immediately drawn to its smoky, spicy flavor, and knew that I had to find a way to incorporate it into my cooking. When I got back home, I experimented with different combinations of ingredients, and eventually came up with these burgers. They're the perfect way to enjoy the flavors of Morocco, and they're also a healthy and satisfying meal.
