Tangy Green Salad
This tangy green salad is the perfect way to brighten up your day. It's packed with fresh, crisp vegetables and a tangy dressing that will wake up your taste buds. The romaine lettuce provides a sturdy base for the salad, while the cucumber, red onion, carrots, celery, and bell pepper add sweetness, crunch, and color. The avocado adds a creamy richness, and the fresh cilantro adds a bright, herbaceous flavor. The dressing is made with olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper, and it's the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
This salad was inspired by a trip I took to Italy a few years ago. I was wandering through a farmers market in Florence when I came across a stall selling the most beautiful produce I had ever seen. The colors were so vibrant and the smells were so intoxicating. I couldn't resist buying a bunch of different vegetables and bringing them back to my apartment to cook. I ended up making this salad, and it was so delicious that I've been making it ever since.
