Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup green apple
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
Instructions
