This tropical green paradise smoothie is a refreshing and healthy way to start your day and transports you directly to the sandy beaches of Caye Caulker in Belize.
I developed this recipe after a transformative trip to Caye Caulker in Belize. The vibrant colors of the island and the sweet, juicy mangos and pineapples inspired me to create a smoothie that could capture the essence of this tropical paradise. After experimenting with different ingredients, I arrived at this combination of unsweetened coconut milk, frozen mango and pineapple chunks, chopped spinach, unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped fresh mint, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. The result is a smoothie that is both delicious and refreshing, and it always brings back fond memories of my time in Belize.
