2 medium zucchini (about 1 pound), spiralized into noodles

1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the spiralized zucchini, mint, green onions, avocado, and feta cheese (if using).
