Superfood Energy Bowl with Berries, Nuts, and Seeds

The superfood energy bowl was created by a team of nutritionists and chefs at Serious Eats. They were looking for a way to create a healthy and delicious breakfast that would be easy to make and portable. After months of experimentation, they came up with this recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup frozen berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
1/2 cup frozen sliced banana
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup plain vegan yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the berries, banana, walnuts, almonds, coconut, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal.
Stir until well combined.
Top with additional berries, nuts, and/or seeds, if desired.
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
