Inflammation Fighter Bowl with Turmeric, Ginger, and Pineapple
Our inflammation fighter bowl is a nutrient-packed meal that's both delicious and good for you. It's made with quinoa, sweet potatoes, black beans, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, turmeric, and ginger. These ingredients are all known for their anti-inflammatory properties, so they're perfect for helping to reduce inflammation throughout your body.
