Refreshing Watermelon Bowl with Watermelon, Berries, and Coconut Water
This refreshing watermelon bowl with berries and coconut water is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. It's made with fresh watermelon, berries, coconut water, and mint, and it's naturally sweetened with honey. The combination of flavors and textures is incredibly refreshing and satisfying. This bowl is also a great source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a way to use up some leftover watermelon. I had already made a watermelon agua fresca, but I wanted something a little more substantial. I started by adding some berries to the watermelon, and then I added some coconut water for a bit of sweetness and creaminess. I also added some fresh mint for a bit of brightness, and some lime juice for a bit of tartness. The result was this delicious and refreshing watermelon bowl that I've been enjoying all summer long.
