Ingredients
  • Spinach, (1 cup)
  • Avocado (1/2)
  • Water (1/2 cup)
  • Frozen Banana (1/4 cup)
  • Spirulina Powder (1 tsp)
  • Chia Seeds (1 tbsp)
  • Lime Juice (1 tbsp)
  • Pinch of Salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse the spinach and pat it dry. Add it to a blender with water, frozen banana, spirulina powder, chia seeds, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Pour the green smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Top with sliced avocado and additional chia seeds for crunch.
