The inspiration for these tacos came to me one day when I was browsing the farmers market. I saw a beautiful bunch of watercress and snap peas, and I immediately knew that I wanted to use them in a recipe. I also had some leftover corn tortillas from a previous meal, so I decided to make tacos. I experimented with different flavors and ingredients, and I finally came up with this recipe. These tacos are now one of my favorite go-to meals, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
