These veggie burgers are a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables. They're made with a combination of quinoa, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro, and they're packed with flavor. The burgers are also easy to make, and they can be cooked in a skillet or on a grill.
I first developed this recipe a few years ago when I was looking for a healthy and tasty way to use up some leftover quinoa. I had some avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onion on hand, and I decided to experiment with them. The result was these veggie burgers, and they've been a hit with my family and friends ever since.I've made these burgers many times over the years, and I've found that they're best when they're made with fresh, ripe ingredients. The avocado should be soft and creamy, the sun-dried tomatoes should be plump and juicy, and the red onion should be sweet and crisp. I also like to add a bit of fresh cilantro to the burgers for extra flavor.
