Ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, onion, green pepper, zucchini, carrots, avocado, cilantro, and almond flour.
  3. Stir in the olive oil until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  5. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
