Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain the cashews and rinse them well.
  2. Combine the cashews, water, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a high-powered blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  4. Transfer the veganaise to a jar or container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
