Tangy Miso and Ginger Dressing
A tangy and flavorful dressing made with white miso paste, rice vinegar, water, grated fresh ginger, toasted sesame oil, tamari, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes. This dressing is perfect for drizzling over salads or using as a marinade for meats or vegetables.
This dressing was inspired by a trip to Japan, where I had the pleasure of trying many different types of miso dressings. I was particularly impressed by the tangy and flavorful dressing served at a small restaurant in Kyoto. I decided to recreate the dressing at home, and after a few tries, I finally came up with this recipe. I have been using this dressing ever since, and it has become a favorite of mine and my family.
