Omega-3 Packed Salmon Salad
This salad is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids found in salmon, which provide heart and brain health benefits.

Ingredients
- 1 pound canned salmon, skinless and boneless
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
