  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Lactose-Free Milk
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Pinch of Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Onion Powder
Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped mixed greens and saute until just wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, and garlic and onion powders.
