Ingredients
  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free noodles
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup lactose-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Bring the chicken stock to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add the noodles, carrots, celery, and onion and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chicken, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the soup back to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the parsley and serve.
