I've been experimenting with gluten-free waffles for years, and I've finally perfected a recipe that I'm really happy with. I wanted to create a waffle that was light and fluffy, but also packed with flavor. I tried a variety of different flours, milks, and oils, and I finally settled on a combination of oat flour, almond milk, and coconut oil. The result is a waffle that is both delicious and healthy.
