This homemade Dijon mustard is a delicious and easy way to add a bit of spice to your favorite dishes. It's perfect for sandwiches, salads, and even as a marinade.

Ingredients
1/4 cup yellow mustard seeds (or a mixture of brown and yellow mustard seeds)
1 tablespoon coarse grain Dijon mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Toast the mustard seeds in a small skillet over medium heat until they are fragrant and slightly browned, about 2 minutes.
Combine the toasted mustard seeds, coarse grain Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, water, honey, salt, turmeric powder, and cayenne pepper in a blender or food processor.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
Transfer the mustard to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before using.
The mustard will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
