Ingredients
  • 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick fries
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with the avocado oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Spread the sweet potato fries in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
