Garlic and Herb Roasted Salmon with Steamed Broccoli
Garlic and Herb Roasted Salmon with Steamed Broccoli is a simple yet flavorful dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The salmon is roasted in the oven until it is cooked through, while the broccoli is steamed until it is tender. The garlic, herb, and olive oil marinade adds a delicious flavor to the salmon, while the broccoli provides a healthy and colorful side dish.
This recipe was inspired by a dish that I had at a restaurant in New York City. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the broccoli was tender and flavorful. I loved the combination of the garlic, herbs, and olive oil, so I decided to recreate the dish at home. I have since made this recipe many times, and it is always a hit with my family and friends.
