1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
