I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a quick and easy way to use up some leftover rotisserie chicken. I had some whole wheat tortillas on hand, and I thought it would be a great way to make a wrap that was both healthy and satisfying. I added some shredded carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, and red onion for some extra crunch and flavor. I also added a creamy yogurt sauce made with low-fat plain yogurt and Dijon mustard. The sauce adds a touch of richness and flavor, and the Dijon mustard gives it a little kick. I've been making this wrap for years now, and it's always a hit with my family and friends. It's a great way to get a healthy and satisfying meal on the table in no time.
