Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette
This flavorful vinaigrette is a perfect complement to salads, grilled meats, and roasted vegetables. Figs add subtle sweetness and balsamic vinegar imparts a bit of tanginess.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette into a jar or bottle.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before using.
  5. Shake the vinaigrette before using.
