Ingredients
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (8-ounce) container plain yogurt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the top off the garlic head, exposing the cloves.
