Zesty Lemon-Caper Dip
This dip is the perfect balance of tangy, creamy, and savory. The lemon and capers give it a bright and briny flavor, while the Greek yogurt keeps it light and fluffy. It's the perfect appetizer or snack to serve with crackers, vegetables, or chips.
This recipe was inspired by a trip to Greece. I was on a quest to find the perfect Greek yogurt dip, and I finally stumbled upon it at a small taverna in the countryside. The dip was so good that I asked the chef for the recipe, and he was kind enough to share it with me. I've been making it ever since, and it's always a hit with my friends and family.
