Homemade Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 popsicle molds
Instructions
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Rinse the blueberries.
  3. Peel and core the pineapple.
  4. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  5. In a blender, combine the fruit, orange juice, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  9. Enjoy!
