Why It Works
  • Almond flour is a great substitute for wheat flour in this recipe. It is gluten-free, and it gives the brownies a dense and fudgy texture.
  • Cocoa powder is what gives these brownies their chocolatey flavor. I recommend using a high-quality cocoa powder for the best results.
  • Maple syrup is a natural sweetener that adds a touch of sweetness to these brownies. It is also a good source of antioxidants.
  • Coconut oil is a healthy fat that helps to keep these brownies moist and fudgy.
  • Almond milk is a good substitute for dairy milk in this recipe. It is also a good source of calcium and vitamin D.
  • Lemon juice adds a touch of acidity to these brownies, which helps to balance out the sweetness.
  • Vanilla extract adds a touch of flavor to these brownies.
