Ingredients
1 pint mixed berries
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
4-5 sprigs Fresh basil, for decoration
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. To make the glaze, add the balsamic vinegar, sugar, honey, and lemon juice to a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes, or until reduced by half.
2. Set aside to cool.
3. While the glaze is cooling, make the salad. Toss the berries and Feta cheese together in a bowl.
4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad.
5. Garnish with basil leaves.
6. Serve immediately.
