Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, chopped
2 Cups Pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup goat cheese
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Lemon, juiced and zested
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and chop the kale.
In a large bowl, combine the kale, pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, walnuts, and red onion.
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
