Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional
Instructions
  1. In a glass or parfait jar, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
  2. Top with 1/4 cup of berries.
  3. Repeat layers until the jar is full, ending with Greek yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon.
  5. Drizzle with honey, if desired.
