These lemon-dill carrot fries are a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional potato fries. They're made with just a few simple ingredients, and they're baked to perfection in the oven. The horseradish aioli adds a tangy and flavorful dipping sauce that takes these fries to the next level.
The inspiration for these carrot fries came to me one day when I was craving something crunchy and savory. I had some carrots on hand, and I thought, why not try making fries with them? I tossed the carrots in some olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper, and then I spread them out on a baking sheet and baked them in the oven. The result was a delicious and healthy snack that I've been enjoying ever since.
