Ingredients
  • 12 ounces artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, parsley, cilantro, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
