Ingredients
1 pound asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Grill the asparagus for 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender-crisp.
