Ingredients
  • 1 pound organic cucumbers, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
Instructions
  1. In a large glass jar or container, combine the cucumbers, vinegar, water, salt, dill, garlic powder, turmeric, peppercorns, and bay leaf.
  2. Cover the jar tightly and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients.
  3. Place the jar in a cool, dark place and allow the pickles to ferment for at least 5 days, up to 2 weeks.
  4. Once the fermentation process is complete, transfer the pickles to a smaller container or jar for storage.
  5. Keep the pickles refrigerated for up to 6 months.
