Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetener of choice, such as stevia or monk fruit extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes, if desired
Instructions
  1. Add berries, collagen peptides, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, almond butter, and vanilla extract to a high-powered blender.
