Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
