I've always been a fan of dill sauce. I love the way the bright, herbaceous flavor pairs with seafood and vegetables. I've tried many different dill sauce recipes over the years, but I've never been completely satisfied with any of them. Either they were too thin, too thick, or too bland. I decided to create my own dill sauce recipe that was creamy, tangy, and flavorful. After a few tries, I finally perfected the recipe for this Savory Dill Sauce with Lemon and Capers. I've been using it on everything lately, and I'm always amazed at how well it complements any dish. I'm excited to share this recipe with you, and I hope you love it as much as I do!
