Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dried blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until they are well combined and sticky.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the energy balls for at least 30 minutes before serving.
