Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen kiwi

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or other no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. Scoop sorbet and enjoy!
  4. Serve with fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish.
