Quinoa and Mango Breakfast Porridge

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • Stevia or honey to taste (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine quinoa, almond milk, water, mango, cinnamon, cardamom, chia seeds, salt, and sweetener (if using).
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until quinoa is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  3. Stir in walnuts and serve warm.
  4. Add more almond milk or water if desired for a creamier consistency.
