Keto-Friendly Coconut and Almond Clusters
These keto-friendly coconut and almond clusters are the perfect low-carb snack. They're made with just a few simple ingredients and are easy to make. The clusters are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and they're packed with flavor. They're also a great source of fiber and healthy fats.
I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a healthy and satisfying keto-friendly snack. I had some unsweetened shredded coconut and sliced almonds on hand, and I thought I'd try combining them with some sugar-free chocolate chips. I also added a little bit of melted coconut oil and vanilla extract for flavor. The resulting clusters were so delicious that I knew I had to share them with the world.

  • The coconut oil adds a rich flavor and helps to hold the clusters together.
  • The vanilla extract adds a touch of sweetness and complexity.
  • Baking the clusters at a low temperature helps to ensure that they're crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
