I've always been a fan of fudge, but I've never been able to find a low-carb version that I really liked. Most of the low-carb fudge recipes that I've tried have been either too dry or too crumbly. I decided to create my own low-carb fudge recipe, and I'm so glad I did! This fudge is rich and creamy, and it has a delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavor. It's also very easy to make, and it can be made in just a few minutes.
