It's made with Greek yogurt, berries, almond milk, pea protein powder, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. The smoothie is thick and creamy, and it's packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants.
I've been making this smoothie for years, and it's one of my favorites. I love the combination of berries, yogurt, and protein powder. It's a great way to get a lot of nutrients into my diet. I also love that it's so easy to make. I just throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a way to get more protein into my diet. I was working out a lot at the time, and I needed something to help me recover. I tried a lot of different protein shakes and powders, but I didn't like the taste of any of them. I decided to try making my own smoothie, and I'm so glad I did. This smoothie is delicious and it's a great way to get the protein I need.
