Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and coconut sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  8. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
