Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Use a spoon or your hands to mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
